I timed how long this took me to make from first string to sewing on the binding; it was 5 1/2 hours with GK interruptions. Then a half hour to HS the binding--one of my favorite quiltmaking processes.

It takes more time than we think to do things, doesn't it?
Look at the # hours we have put into each of the PC + FWS blocks.
*gasp* for the whole quilt!!!
Most would never understand that it'd be possible.

Thanks for the kind words, QE. I decided to see how long it takes as I am often asked how much time I have in my little ones. I have lots of little blocks that I have made up and plan layouts around those blocks. Have to get my papers all together for this afternoon's appt! (sigh)
