This is the church quilt that we worked on for almost a year. The big celebration was today with the bishop blessing the quilt. I am proud of it, but am very glad it is finally done!

Vicki, it is ablsoultely beautiful :D I love all of the detail in the blocks. :D I am sure all will enjoy looking at it and appreciate all of the work everyone did on it! :D It is very inspiring :D :D :D

Very Nice. Is the center block an actual representation of the church itself? You all did great work!

Thanks everyone for all the kind words. The center block was fun to do. We had a sketch blown up and cut it into pieces for the pattern for the building. There really is not grass or trees but it made it look better when the architect submitted his prelimanary drawings years ago. The picture really doesn't do it justice because the quiltng stitches just set it off so nicely.
