    The pattern is Jelly Bargelly by Nancy Altsman.
    You can make it out of jelly rolls. I cut my own.
    I couldn't find the one my friend used so I just went with my stash. IT takes 17 different fabrics. You make it in sections of four. And it is the tube method. I hope I answered all the questions. If not let me know. Thanks for all your nice comments.
