What a beautiful idea! Dresden Plate is my favorite block and the ties worked perfect for it! Thank you for sharing your wonderful, special quilt.

Fotoula it is stunning....love all that white space and beautiful quilting. Your friend is going to be so happy with this, one of the nicest tie quilts I've seen.

I, too, would love to know your process... and I, too, think this is the prettiest quilt made from neckties I've ever seen! I have about 40 ties that belonged to my father-in-law and I want to make a memory quilt using them. Your work is just beautiful!!
