    I found this quilt in my travels and couldn't resist! I love all the scrappy fabrics. I believe the pattern is a bow tie.

    It may be an hour glass pattern! I really like the pattern. Anyone ever stumble across it?

    I guess you could call it a bowtie, and hourglass or a butterfly. That's what I see when I look at it - butterflies!

    Wow, I love the pattern. I copied it into my photo folder, and called it "Butterfly Ring". I think it would be very pretty to do in bright colors like butterflys! I enjoy looking at old quilts in museums - they did so much with so few gadgets. Sara
