gloves, q-tips, soft toothbrush and Liquid Wrench and the bug and tar you see in the background

(don't use 409...nope...uh huh....)

Use TriFlow oil and grease when they're cleaned up.

Wow, Liquid Wrench cleans it like that? Well, I know what I'm going shopping for tomorrow! Thanks for the information :-)

takes time with the L-Wrench. I use it mostly for the inside (gears) till I noticed the run off was cutting the gunk. Go easy on it, use the yellow can and do a test area first.

Very nice

Unbelievable! Now I want a 66 even more! Must remember Liquid Wrench and lots of elbow grease!

Thanks! I just found a little can of it in my husband's workshop so I'll test it out this weekend. I have damaged the decals a little with GoJo :-( so I'll give this a careful try.

Let the L-Wrench work, rub gently, spritz more hand wipe in...set, rub gently.
Very slow process.

Now on the insides...spray, rub with toothbrush and take out frustration. Will shine up nice and purdy =)
