Default Red Rover

First I fell in love with this material and thought of a simple polka dot quilt. Then I started thinking about art deco designs. Then I had to finish another project so this sat around for awhile. I got started on it but I wasn't as enthused as when I bought the material and my designs don't show up very good. I still like it but it didn't turn out to be the great idea I had envisioned. I took several pictures trying to show the quilting.

You did a wonderful job quilting. No one is going to know it doesn't match that idea in your head!

I think your quilt is really pretty. It has almost a whole cloth effect, but the slight fabric differences give it additional interest. That is some absolutely beautiful quilting!

Pretty whole cloth quilt! Your titke made me think back to childhood and the fun we had playing Red Rover in the school yard.

It's a wonderful quilt. I can see why you fell in love with the fabrics as I also love polka dots.
