I created this for a friend who is retiring. They love brights, stars, flowers and her favorite color is purple. The sashing is truly purple even tho it appears a bit blue in the photos. Hope they like it. Thought I would quilt with a tan or lighter thread and not sure of binding. Suggestions welcome. Thanks for looking (smile).

Love the beautiful colors. I think I would bind it in the purple. Very special quilt:)

This is great! I'm sure that they will love it. I agree -- use the purple for the binding.

Beautiful quilt. I love the colors you used.....I would use purple to bind, but that's just because it's my favorite color :)
