What a great quilt. It will grow with him, although I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the super hero side is always his favorite.

Very cute story. Your DGS knew what he wanted. I think Grandma came through. I'll bet he was thrilled to get his quilt.

It's fantastic that you let him decide what he wanted. He'll treasure his quilt his whole life. I often make a "spare parts" package to keep to repair quilts in case they get damaged, expecially when I make a quilt for a dog. When he's 16, he may ask if you can "fix" his quilt for him and it'll come in handy.
