So I decided it was time to make a quilt for my son and it has been a huge pain the @&* since I started it! I came up with a pattern of my own and started sewing. Well, now that I have 10 blocks done I think I'm going to have to start ripping things apart. I was trying to be clever and sew the sashing as I went but wouldn't you know it, it's not going to work. So now I have to rip off the top and bottom of each 10 inch block. Can someone just knock me out? I think I will hate this quilt before I get it done.

I think it looks great with the sashing. Leave it on and finish it as is. It will look fantastic.

I don't see any reason to change anything. I think you should just continue and finish it too.

I think your quilt looks great so far. Love the fabrics you chose.

When I sash as I go I put the sashing only on the top and left sides. Then at the end I put sashing down the right side and across the bottom. Works for me. Keep us up to date with your progress. Happy quilting!
