    Early today I attended a quilt guild meeting I was informed that wall quilts can not be considered quilts that they are way to small Well I would like your opinion here are some pics of my wall quilts I think I have almost as much work in some of these as full size quilts What do you think

    yes thats a siz inch ruler sitting next to quilt

    I think they are WRONG... a quilt is not defined by it's size, but by it's actual definition.

    Whatever are they talking about, they make me cross.. At the Festival of Quilts over here in Birmingham, the miniature quilts are not only accepted but welll thought of and have their own award. Your little quilts are fabulous.

    Stunning. I agree a lot of work goes into these. Miniatures are called miniature quilts in all the pattern books!!!!! And what about doll quilts?

    you are the queen of mini - these are the best mini's i've seen on the web.

    its a shame that your guild doesn't value your hard work.

    i'm always surprised by the discrimination that people come across in the quilting community.

    I don't care what some people say about wall quilts, I think if it's pieced together to make a beautiful design, than I say call it a quilt, and Amen to that!

    They don't know what they are talking about. Thats one reason I won't join a guild, its the guild police.

    The pieces you work with are soooooooo small. I couldn't even imagine doing this.
