The quilt is simply lovely and very elegant (I know this somehow sounds like an oxymoron (sp???) but it is true) Your fabric choices work so wonderfully together. The last picture is priceless as we all tend to get tangled in our craft of quilting :-)

I laughed when I saw your pic as I had the same feeling when I attempted to machine quilt a queen size on my little machine. After DH saw me trying to quilt and manage the quilt... he made me a table around my machine, 8x7 ft. Love it.

You'll have to type up the story onto a card and enclose the pic of you all wrapped up and laughing. She will treasure the quilt and the story with pic. One lucky gal for sure. Beautiful quilt by the way.

Beautiful quilt and colors, love the floral. Sometimes there are challenges quilt on a regular machine. We can overcome it. My two machines have 9" throats and not too bad.

Beautiful quilt. Isn't it fun to laugh at ourselves and the situations we can get ourselves into! I am sure the lucky niece will love the quilt.
