These are Christmas gifts.[ATTACH=CONFIG]604592[/ATTACH]They have magnetic closers and two pockets inside. I made bottoms for the bags with covered plastic mats. Thanks for looking!

Hmmm, i have some selvages saved. not sure how long they are but this a great thought! love the bags!!!

These sure are cute!
I just made a few selvage projects, too...10 chickens--used those short pieces up quickly. I also made a couple of "garbage" cans with them. I pressed some HeatNBond Lite to the foundation fabric before sewing the selvages. It gave extra body to the fabric. Have you tried that?

I made a couple more that I used fusible fleese and that worked better then batting. The batting distored the square i started with so I will not use that again. I did not fuse the fleese to the fabric but I maybe should have use that side to sew the fabric on. The second ones I had to square up the sides before I went any further. What foundation did you use?

Cute bags, when you use the fusible fleece and iron it on it gives the bag more stability. I only use fleece in my totes, and woven fusible in regular bags. That's just me though!
