This is a Turning Twenty Quilt that I made for my neice's 21's birthday. It took me six days to complete, it would have been faster but life and work got in the way. I would recomend this for anyone needing a fast quilt.

Hey Loves,
That's it! That's the one I began cutting out week ago Monday when my mom had the heart attack, so now I've to finish cutting and begin sewing. Only took YOU six day? really? Ok, I'll work at it and see, it always takes me twice as long because of the back thing. Sure is beautiful! Looking forward to finishing the dark colors she wanted. I'm wanting sping and summer now, you know?? Sharon |
What a nice quilt! I love soft jewel colors! That pattern could make a great baby quilt too, like building blocks.
This is a dumb question, but why is it called "Turning Twenty?" |
Quiltmaker 101, I'm with you, I want to know why the pretty quilt is called "Turning Twenty Quilt" I've never seen this one before.

What a cheerful quilt! It's right up my alley, and is going on my list (you know, the one that's only 50 or 75 projects long!)

It looks like each block was out-lined in black, How did you achieve that? In case I did'nt mention it, Your quilt is very pretty, and it flows to me, very pleasing to the eye. Thanks so much for sharing, your beautiful work of art.
