Don't know why it failed but did you re-size the pic?

How do I do that? When I went to my docs where my pics are I clicked on it and it said it was 3.// MB?? That seems like a lot, maybe for all the pics for that section I downloaded from camera? Don't know how to resize.

If you go to the QB Picture section, at the very top are some stickies. They may give you some tips for picture posting.

I think the problem is that my computer died of blue screen a couple days ago. I had to re-install the system (via telephone instructions and my computer challanged brain) so I am running on bare bones. I don't have anything but the very basic accessories that come with a "self built" computer my son put together for me. But hey, he told me I now have a clean, virus free computer. It does run faster! Now I just need some programs to function better.

Thank you for the instructions, but when I went to try again, the only icons were faces, thumbs up and down, !,?, etc. None of what is shown in the instructions. When I went into paint, I saw the pencil, paintbrush, etc, but nothing that said resizing. When I went to help, nothing came up.

Sounds like you may have an older version of paint without the resize tool. Check with tech support (a.k.a. your son!). Another thing you may want to try is to see if you can change the setting on your camera to take pictures with less pixels. A less sharp image, but good for uploading.

PaperPrincess: Since you said I might have an older version of paint, I clicked on some things and came to attributes. It did lower the pixels so I could at least post the above picture, but could not figure out how to make the picture itself smaller. I did try to make the box go all the way around the picture (like in cropping, not sure what you call it) but the above was all of the picture it would give me. It just made a section of it. Any other ideas anyone?
