I have tried making brownie bites, have the pan to make them but everything I've tried them they always get to done on the outside.... so I've given up on them... should I be doing something different with them, just a regular brownie mix -- what do you think?

Chocolate chip cookies are always the #1 seller.
Make a bundt cake and cut it in half...half on each plate...
Brownies from a box mix always sell around here...
Bake a pie...can be a frozen one and just bake it.

    Make Bachelor Fudge

    Mix well together:
    1 box powedered sugar
1 8oz package soften cream cheese

    Melt:
One 12oz package of chocolate chips in microwave till melted

and then pour all of it into the powdered sugar/cream cheese mixture.

Spread on cookie sheet and when hardened cut into bite size pieces.

You can use any flavor chocolate chips you want.

How about cupcakes baked in ice cream cones and frosted when cool? Fill cones about 2/3 full to get a nice "crown". Or cookies baked on popsicle sticks. Then wrap like lollipops.

Despite the simplicity ... rice krispie squares are always a big hit! :)
