    I made these the other day and hadn't made them in a while. I cut them in 8 wedges but next time I think I'll go for less potato and do 12 wedges. I also love to make my own french fries and potato chips. I gave a small sprinkling of Old Bay seafood seasoning on the wedges and um, um, goood!! :D :D ;-)
