2 - 6 oz cans frozen juice concentrate (any flavor, Welch's raspberry is our favorite)
2 1/2 cups water
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 pkg powder pectin (sure-jel)
Thouroughly mix juice with water and pectin in large pan. Stir over high heat until bubbles form around edge. Immediately add sugar and stir well. Bring to rolling boil and continue hard boil for one minute. Skim off any foam. Fill jars, process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
