It's 5000 degrees in NY State, made this salad every other day and we still love it
Begin with hot cooked egg noodle; toss with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped parsley, one small minced garlic clove, grated Parmesan cheese, pine or walnuts, salt and pepper. You can add or leave out anything you want.
