I recently bought a new stove. It does not work properly and is being returned this week. That will only leave me my combi microwave to make the family meals on.

I only use it for cooking veggies and baked potatoes. Any ideas of how I can use this for meals when I don't have a hob?

I googled microwave oven meals and a long list appears.
This site looked good.

Look on at the top in the dark green bar and you will see
the different categories of foods to cook.

First bake your potatoes, wrap in foil and roll in towel to stay warm.
Second, cook your vegetables which usually take 7 minutes and set aside in the towel to stay warm.
Third, take what ever number of people you have and do the following for each one: a piece of flat white fish fillet, place one large shrimp on each piece and roll up and place in a microwave dish. Having done in advance melt l/2 cube butter or marjorine and add either fresh or powdered garlic. Roll each fish roll in butter and place in dish and then sprinkle paprika lightly over all of them. Microwave 3 minutes on each side. Delicious. Enjoy. Shirley Smaldino (will taste like scampi.)

You can make meatloaf in your microwave in 15 min. instead of an hour.
