I've made biscotti for years and you can take any basic recipe and add what you want to them. I do the cranberries and pistachios for one friend, I have a great brownie (using brownie mix) and add other things to it and that's my other friends favorite. I like white chocolate and macadamia nuts and cranberries and pine nuts and lemon. You can go to food network and get lots of recipes too. I'm at work or I'd send you a copy of the basic one that I use. There are even some Italian ones that use cornmeal in them. We have cookie bakes at work every year and I have to do the biscotti every yr. I'm slowly teaching them how to do them, the baking is easy but most have problems with the cutting part and keeping them together. Once I get them all trained then I can start making different ones. I also make Spumunti cakes for the holidays.

I found one with snipped dried apricots, Pistachios, anise seed and fennel seed and Almond extract and dried cranberries and Vanilla. If anyone thinks this is the one, let me know and I will put in the full recipe. I also have this little Book with 50 biscotti recipes in it.
