not a recipe as such, but i use pie crust sheets, and mix in a bowl, chicken, veggies you like, and frozen potato cubes(hashbrowns) some onion and a can of cream of chicken soup.

works for me with beef or pork too..just change the soup to cream of mushroon or beef/pork gravy. yummy!

p.s. i usually make the mix..and there is alot of it.so instead of using a pie pan, i use a 8x8 pan..no waste on the pie crust either!

pound of hamburger, egg, bread crumbs, mix together, if you like spices, add your favorites, garlic, salt, pepper, bell pepper( not a lot of that), onion, find the spicuy bread crumbs add about a cup instead of the bread

mix it together put in apan, 350 degree about 30 minutes or so. just practice and you will get it right. you want your flavors to mesh, not one be over powering than the other. the Italian seasonings are great(oregano, bay leaf, sage, thyme,) but see thatsa just too many spices, so add just a few, a pinch here pinch there. and so on. and if you like sauce with meat loaf, try about a cup of original Manwich with it(coiuld add when you mash all ingredients together, this also has the pepper and other spices) no more than a cup , but if you like, add after its cooked, like a garnish..... enjoy.oh and if you have a problem contact me.

I have one that my whole family loves and its so simple to make..Take your hamburger meat..add onions, salt, pepper and garlic powder and than add either some Worcestershire sauce or your favorite bbq sauce, add about 1/4 cup bbq sauce or a few teaspoons of the Worcestershire sauce..mix all together and form into a loaf..Take some more of your sauce and put some on top..bake at 350 for an hour..
