If you are a fan of Next Food Network Star you may have seen it on there. I seem to remember Paula Deen trying someone's meatloaf and saying the next time she made meat loaf we would have to try it with buttermilk. I tried to find it on the site but it didn't make it to the receipe section.

I don't make meatloaf. But my Dh has asked that I made him some (we've been married 31 years) I guess I will have to try! Thanks for the recipe!

I change up the ingredients in meatloaf nearly every time I make it, LOL. I just piped in to say if any of you have kids, here`s a fun thing to do. Put a bit of the meat mixture in each opening of a cupcake pan. Bake it (reduce cooking time, they cook up faster) Turn them out and "frost" with mashed potatoes. Grate carrot on top. Meatloaf cupcakes! My grands love `em.

Love this idea.. thanks... I cut hot dogs the long way and we call them worms, they kinda curl when you cut them like that.. they have so much fun eating the worms... then of course the ketchup is the blood... being Grammie is sooooo fun..
