Mix 1 cup water,3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup cornstarch,1 cup crushed fresh fruit...berries,peaches etc. cook til thick. Into this cooked semi- liquid,put 1 quart of berries,peaches etc. pour into graham cracker crust. Chill. I made this with fresh raspberries today. Yummy. Diabetics can use equivalent sweetner.
