    I don't care for sausage or mushrooms, but I often cook for a young friend who likes both. He may get this for lunch soon. Thank you.

    This sounds delish and I think I have a frozen pie crust in my freezer. Now I know what I am going to have for lunch. Thanks for the recipe.

    One thought though, I can see that it would be wonderful in the crust to serve to friends, I wonder how it would come out if you made the same recipe without the crust and used it as a frittata. Just a thought...

    Jan -- what a delicious-sounding recipe! Love quiche, but I usually just use what I have on hand. I am going to save this recipe & try it out soon. Thanks for sharing!
