Pineapple Delight Smoothie Recipe

“This delightful smoothie is one way to ensure that you get the recommended amount of fruit in your daily diet.”

INGREDIENTS

2 cups milk
2 bananas, frozen and chunked
6 pineapple rings
1 tablespoon honey

DIRECTIONS

Combine milk, frozen bananas, pineapple and honey in a blender.
Blend until smooth.

I also love smoothies but mine are a little different than this one. I use frozen fruit that I get in a bag (Gordon Food Stores are the cheapest. I am afraid I don't measure the fruit but I put one container of any kind of fruit flavored yogurt, one yogurt container of milk & enough fruit to cover this mixture in my blender & blend until smooth,you can add more milk if it is too thick or more fruit if it is too thin.
