It seemed like it poured but inland North County...

It seemed like it poured but inland North County only got about .01 inches! Other areas that got alot more really flooded because the ground was to dry to take it all in.

We had to evacuate but no harm except the smell! My oldest son has my car because his engine blew up 4 months ago. At the time to evacuate all I could see was dragging my dog, carring my cat carrier...

You should be able to return it. If after I buy something and end up not liking it I always take it back. Sometime it is after store policy to return for money but I have always gotten store credit.
