Morag - I don't know about your machine.. but I did wonder if the fuse on my machine could be replaced by someone else so I wouldn't have to drive to the dealer. My machine is still under warranty...

well I took my machine to the dealer this morning.. and what a relief it was only the fuse. Only $10 to fix and he fixed it while I waited. That was a very nice surprise so I go to bring my baby...

Thanks for your thoughts... and sewnsewsue that makes me feel better that yours was only a fuse .. and that was 6 years ago. QuiltE your right.. no need to fret over it now.

I have a Janome 6600 and I love it. I took off work today to finish up a quilt for my niece.... and this evening my machine choked on me. And of course it didn't happen until the time my dealer...
