So is it a fiddle base machine? Any idea what it might be worth?

Yes, I figured it out, but it was a little tricky.

Does anybody have a Singer 457 model? I picked one up today that was made in great Britain. Haven't researched the serial # yet b/c DH doesn't know it has been rehomed to my house. I do know it does a straight stitch and a zigzag. It is brown in color.

Thank you Miz Johnny for the treadle suggestion for my 206K : ) I have been searching for a new case and never thought about putting it into a treadle base!!

The Mother of Pearl and the Household both make me green with envy! I hope you guys realize what great machines you have!
