Geeze, we are back to the cam or no cam issue! I just leave a cam in and don't have to worry about it! I know my 503a has to have a cam in order to use it, don't know about the 500!

Wow Phyllis, nice find! I love those 500's and look at all the loot you got with the machine!

Miriam, Wow, everytime you post I learn something. And, I sew agree with your 'go green' thought. I am going to have to remember to use that sometime.

Charlee and Miriam, the 3 of us could have a lot of fun! LOL AND, save a lot of machines. :-D

Grand total of today's expenditures? $10.00. (5 for the machine, 5 for the iron and buttonholer)
Charlee I want to come with you! I love that White!

Wow, I was in the photo shop just now! What a parade of machines! Those Serata HC's, one with a Lion that is owned by Rajean, and one with a King that belongs to MUV, and the Vickers HC that belongs to Muv are just stunning!

Ok while you guys were out having fun, I finished my lap quilt. I am very proud to tell you all that this is a quilt made entirely by vintage machines!

It was pieced using my Free #5 treadle, quilted using my Singer Model 15-88 treadle, sashing attached using my Eldredge Two Spools Treadle, binding attached using Betty - my Davis Vertical Feed treadle, and lastly the back of the binding finished with the Pfaff 1222e (the only electric machine to touch this quilt because I always finish the binding using the Pfaff)!
