It wasn't the best. The whole purpose of last night's show was to explain how Emily and JJ are back on the show.

Neither character was going to be on the show this season, but I read that so many fans complained they had to come up with a storyline to bring both of them back.

That must make the two actresses happy...to know they would be missed.

I too was kind of bored by it. I did however get alot of needlepoint done during it because I wasn't worried about missing anything. Hopefully it gets better next week!

Actually we were told that her death was a fake in the last season finale. You had to really pay attention but the clues were there. I saw it.

I loved Hodge with the scruffy beard that's a good look for him, I'm glad the girls are all back too it wouldn't be the same series without them either.

I do not like the spin off series couldn't get into that one last season no matter how hard I tried. Doubt that one will be back on, there's a few new series that look interesting but they always do on the promo and then flop.

Can't wait for Blue Blood and CSI NY to come back on Friday

I understood that the death was faked, I was just lost in the season premiere because I came in half way through. I missed how they were able to catch the 'bad' guy.
