I have a small convection oven. Would give a lot for a full size oven of the same. Can't beat them. Cooks in record time and stays moist.

I have a Bosch dual fuel stove that has convection/dehydrate/proof. Yes I am bragging. I love it. t did sit in the shed for five years before installation. Threatened to cancel Holiday dinner in order to get it installed. I love the convection for all the same reasons, can load up the oven and not worry about uneven baking.... You just have to get used to it......

I have a Jenn Air with convection and never use the convection. I wouldn't spend the extra money if I had it to do over. Ann in TN

I had a stove with a convection oven. HATED the stove (brand not mentioned) and only used the convection oven twice. Didn't see the need for it. I bake my own bread, desserts and do a LOT of cooking and roasting.
I gave the stove to Habitat for Humanity and bought a GE Profile. The oven in this stove is SO accurate that when the recipe says it will be done in 20 minutes, I can count on walking away til the timer goes off. When I take out the finished food it is done to perfection.
I see no need for spending all that extra $$ on convection.

I have an old house, have a small convection oven that I use more than the big, replaced twice in 40 years in the wall one.
I love the way it cooks, don't use the microwave much at all.
Can't remember when I used the wall oven.

Definitely get a stove with the convection feature. There are no cons. It just cooks faster. Really nice in the heat of summer!

If I could, I'd replace my regular oven with a large convection oven, and my stove top with an induction stove top. IN. A. HEARTBEAT.
