I love the fussy cut flowers in the block centers. Great quilt. :-)

thanks to everyone for their kind comments....i do the 'patchwork' style more and more...the change in the background and foreground pcs gives your eye a new treat everywhere you look...i usually keep the same general color choices in the same places but there might be one pc of fabric or 20... as long as it's the right color for the position, i'm happy. studying with a neighbor/quilter who has art training and really uses her fabrics as tho they were paints on a pallette... we sew together every thursday and i have learned a lot just by working at the same time...

Beautiful DWR I love the center it is different and the roses are pretty. As far as the sewing room I've also been trying to organize things so I can have more space but the more I look the more I find and then there is also the problem with the yarn mutiplying at night. I guess the best thing is to not stress about the room I'm trying to find a couple of new ideas. Good luck your not alone finding little goodies in a drawer or closet. Sometimes they come in handy with the prices going up so much lately they won't sell things since people don't have that much money it's gone now. Sue
