You have an excellent machine... the more you quilt the more you will bond
and the quilting will easier.

What a great job. I'm no expert at this either. I just started a little over a year and I'm still practicing all the time. What I like to do when trying out new designs is do a small/baby quilt for charity. It's a great way to use up left over fabric and a great way to practice. The kids don't care what it looks like, they don't judge the imperfections, they are just happy to have something of their own.

You're doing great keep it up, free hand quilting is muscle memory & hand eye coordination, practice practice practice.
