The applique shapes and circles are cut with Go Dies. The pattern is free along with video instructions if you are a member of the site.

I have also been downloading it each month, with the idea of making it soon, but who knows maybe I will and maybe I won't. It is very lovely. Lots of work.

I ordered theIGo Heather Feather Dies and I have the other dies. I love the no color template of the quilt. I wish every quilt pattern came with that.

Default I am making the Sedona Star

I was trying to keep up with the blocks in the month due but due to a very sad loss to me I got behind with them. I recently made 5 blocks to catch up but kept looking up at my design wall and saying to myself, "somethings wrong". 5 blocks later I realized I was using wrong colors. Shouldn't quilt when your grieving I guess. Oh well, finally figured out the correct colors and will start over again to do it right. Will post several months down the line when it is completed. It really is a gorgeous quilt.

That's not me. I've never had an online store. My wonderful, lovable, wacky, rescue dog is named Bella and I call her Bellaboo. This is the only site that I use this name.

you do not have to have the go dies you can cut them - pattern is given - just cut and applique like you normally would if needle turn. I have the pattern but have not started it yet, one more month to print out - then I will decide if I really want to make this one
