I would vote for the Dresden, Wedding Ring, or Cathedral Windows.

All of which were placed on my bucket list.
Dresden is done and gifted, Cathedral is in process, and I am collecting reds for the Wedding ring.

I like to do just patchwork with a lot of white.

It is really hard to say - my first reaction was Grandmother's Flower Garden and then the Postage Stamp. But more pop into my head - so I will go with my first response for now.

These are some great ideas. I've made several with feed sacks and muslin...I also have a lot of feed sacks and prints and whites. Probably never get to use them all. I'm trying to finish up pices I have made and need to bat and quilt
