I love your block! I too have been planning this quilt for 2 years--that's when I bought the book. I can't find the black floral print. What did you use for that? I have a gazillion 30s fabrics but no black print! Want to see your finished quilt!!

Me too, sewbelle. After seeing Kitsie's block yesterday (which I love!), I spent way too much time on the internet trying to find a similar black floral print -- to no avail!

Hello Kitsie~ Thank-you for suggesting the library...alas not our little county library here. I found the book on Amazon for a very reasonable price $3.99 plus the shipping. Considering you said there are many other great patterns in this book, I'm sure I won't be disappointed in having this book in my quilt book collection.
