Thanks!!! ... I love it too. It's a whippletree (horse harness) found in the back corners of a farm shed!
Just a bit of sanding and some wax with a piece of doweling thru the hooks to hold the quilt.

As for the Nine Hearts ... I found the perfect backing, hiding in my stash.
So all three of these ♥ projects are totally from my stash!
