    I've also made many of these..and because of the size, the young mommy's just love them! Even as toddlers, the kiddos use them a lot. I've never stitched the column lines. Unless you find some bargains, they are not a cheap item, as it takes 1 1/4 for the front and 1/14 yards for the back...which can add right up if you buy nice flannel! But I guess knowing they get used and washed and used daily makes it all worth it, right? Yours are adorable!!
