It is very confusing. From what I can tell, the guy who is suing claims the judges have some kind of conflict of interest, and in some instances, these judges are recusing themselves from being involved in the case. Very confusing to me, and in my opinion, very sad that there aren't some serious consequences for this man who is doing all these legal actions.

I agree, Betty. I can't believe that judges let what are obviously nuisance lawsuits clog up our courts even more than they are. Just toss the idiots out!

I saw it also and sadly am not surprised anymore. The con is known to be an abusive litigant.

I refuse to do business over Craigslist. I have had family scammed so many times. I feel sorry for that person being sued.

That's how I read it...so why is it being tolerated at all? It's stupid.

Just reading that article made my stomach turn into knots. Having been part of a lawsuit before, it seems that you have no control whatsoever, no matter how innocent you are. If you have someone who is out for whatever they can get, you are at their mercy, especially if they have more money than you and a lot of time on their hands.

What confuses me however, is how could the scam artist guy prove that there was something wrong with the printer, if he didn't have it there to prove it? Where was his proof? It seemed it was his word against the other gentlemen. Sometimes I wonder about the sanity of the justice system.
