And all's well that ends well...

I love it when all the right things line up in the Universe and you get your heart's desire. Glad you found you really wanted.

I know all to well how frustrating it is to look for something you want so bad. I am so happy for you that you found it and will soon start your project. Be sure to show us when you finish it.

I purchased a crewel project of a parrot at an estate sale. Unfortunately, there were no instructions. I Googled and finally found the kit. One kit on ebay. I only wanted a copy of the instructions that usually also have a diagram/ chart of color placement. Nope they wanted full price and I would have to set up a Paypal account. I had a lot of the yarn but wasn't sure I had enough. Off to JoAnn's I go and I'm in the yarn aisle with my picture saved and a lady standing next to me said she had that very same kit. She saved it on her phone with the instructions so she would have it if she ran out of yarn. Never enough as far as she was concerned. She asked for my contact information and immediately sent it to my email. We continued shopping for our extra yarn. As she was getting checked out, I walked up behind her and applied the cost of her yarn to my card. It was the least I could do. 3 weeks later mine is still in the bag but I've printed the instructions and they're in the bag also. At least I have what I need.

oh, I'm so happy for you and for romanjg!
Luci177 posted a panel of a dollhouse that she quilted and I can't tell you how
excited I got, when I pm'd her with my story of why it made me teary.
She told me where to find the panel so I can quilt if for my "Fairy Room".
That is the guest room where my grandmouslings camp out when they are
here.
We quilters are a sentimental lot bc we have big hearts .
