Oh, DJ, that turned out beautifully! So much fun to see how our blocks fit into other people's quilts.

And I know you are all ears to hear what ever happened to my hapless chrun dash top. I just loved it and put it in an auction near here. They I forgot what day the auction was and totally missed it. The next week I get a check in the mail for the top and got $25.00. Needless to say I have been depressed since.

But then today was the next auction and I went hoping to see my Churn Dash top finished......and there it was. It was impeckablly done and brought $205.00. This was an auction where a $1500.00 quilt brought $575.00. So I thought that little churn dash did very well. My faith in humanity is partially restored.

Oh! what a good idea to combine those with Boom blocks! This is one of the best 'boom quilts' I've seen! I sewed my churn dash blocks into a top and gave it to a friend. She doesn't quilt and still has it in top form I think. So nice to see yours done! Thanks for posting.

Thank you so much givio!!! I had wondered that it might be ....too much....But after coming home from rehab hospital in March and having the world shutdown 3 days later....Nothing to do but get out the blocks and since I couldn't sit up at machine too long, I hand stitched all the blocks and rows together...It was such fun and took my mind off not getting to see and be around my grandkids, family and friends.

It looks fabulous marietta! What a great idea to combine them! I pulled mine out not long ago, thinking about how to finish, so you are a lot further ahead than I am.!! Great job!

marietta wow love it. I will begin on Jan 1 2021 putting blocks together. I have enough to do this layout and another with only churn dash. Thank you for sharing.
