I love that yours are all rescues - all mine just showed up at my doorstep at one point or another. My belief is that they were just turned out and didn't know how to care for themselves in the 'wild'. We live in an area where there are summer people who come out, get their kids 'throwaway pets'. Come September, they return to the city and the 'kitties be damned'. That's why I have six!

We have two furbabies; a 7 year old siberian husky and a 6 mo old mixed breed was dropped at the local Humane Society more dead than alive. We fostered the little one and are adopting him this week.

Ten dogs - we compete in sprint sled dog races. Only three live in the house. We also have 3 ducks, a rabbit, and a coop full of ~40 chickens & guineas. My dogs certainly keep my sanity intact! Mater, Ella, Milou, Jett, Delta, Tyrone, Gateway, Avalanche, Pebbles, & Olga.

A 100lb. Great Pyrenees and a Copper point Siamese, both of which are spoiled rotten, but we'd be lost without them.

One beautiful,"rubenesque" Siamese named Maia. She is part lilac point and part seal point. She is gorgeous, mouthy, a snuggler, and I love her to pieces !
