I'd have to call myself a 2. If I make a mistake I try to correct it but sometimes no matter how hard I try....it just doesn't come out right. Oh well! Done the best I could and time to move on.

Well, I often can't find the floor so it must be time to draw or do something exciting like organize a drwer that has nothing to do with anything- I always make mistakes so though I don't like them I have to live with them and the less I point them out to others the less they see

Enjoy your hobby and have fun. I won't do a hobby if its like a factory job. I'm retired and relaxing and doing what I love.

I'm mostly a 2. On the occasion where I haven't planned the colors or pattern but want to sew, I'm a 3.

2 here as well. I try my best but if I make mistakes oh well. Guess I learn from those and try not to make the same mistake again but I haven't made anything yet that was perfect.

I'm part 1, and part 2. I can be very obsessive about making things "perfect", and will do things over until I get them right. On the other hand, there are just times when I have to let go of that and say "I've done the best I can. Time to move on." So I can be hard on myself at times, but on the other hand, I'm very patient and lenient with other people's work. Go figure. Definitely not a Quilt Police type. People grow and develop through encouragement and gentle assistance, kind words and positive environments. That's what I've been given, so of course, I want to give it back.
The perfectionism is just part of my personality, and I have to deal with it, so I do.
