I'm on a prescription arthritis pill, but on top of that I take Tylenol Arthritis. It works very well and is a long acting (8 hours) so you only take it 3 times a day.
Also use the Thera Gloves to keep my hands warm when sewing.

I am wondering if the Omega 3 is the same as Cod Liver Oil. I took that as a kid every day it was awful but we had a tablespoon every day. The Omega is a pill I hope I plan on getting them to try out need to fix my body so it continues to run smoothly. Thanks for your help. Sue

I get pain in my back, knees, and shoulders especially if I drink sugared soda. I watched a Dr. Oz program where he said sugar causes inflamation in the body and agravates artheritis. I know I can't totaly give up sugar but he did say eating a suppliment containing antioxidents helps lower the inflamation in the body. He had a doc on the program that recomended "astrazanthin" ( I hope I spelled that right. Your health food stor eshould have it) is the most potaint anti inflamitory supplimant of all.
