Everyone is receiving such gorgeous packages and it is wonderful to see the photos.

I decided that after I am done with this post, I will not look at this thread until next week and I will not bother to open my mailbox. Just another box full of bugs at best ... maybe the chill in the air will kill them so I won't have to wipe down my desk with bleach. Leaving the bench, too. Lonely sitting here by myself.

I just finished catching up on the past days posts. So many wonderful and heartwarming packages received yesterday!

I took a picture of the lovely shawl that Mary and I received from Sue (Tussymusy) for you all to see. It is draped over one of my doll's, Jocelyn. Enjoy!

Beautiful Blue Shawl from Tussymussy

I also got 3 other nice pieces of fabric, a handy little plastic drawstring bag, chopsticks, a pretty little notepad, 3 patterns, an adorable finger pincushion, a little tablerunner that is even handquilted, a mug rug, a chocolate scented candle that already has my sewing room smelling wonderful. She even remembered my furbaby with a Halloween toy. And...my very own chicken. She didn't come with a name. She is white with black polka dots. Any suggestions? I will send a picture this weekend when one of my computer savy children are home.

One of my dogs is named Dottie. She is registered as "Slightly Dottie."

Quite unimaginative, I suppose, but I like the name "Dotty".

Nice packages being received. Some really pretty fabrics out there, huh?
As for walk-n-roll's chicken, I vote for "Dotty."
