I was a humane society manager for 12 years and now have done childcare for 6. The irritating part? -found out that when I switched to childcare, my doctor wrote on my health form -no longer working! Guess he doesn't know what work REALLY is!!

I have been an Operating Room nurse in a large teaching hospital for 36 years, still going strong. Besides that, I'm a wife, mother and a grandma to a 2 year old and another one due in December. Also mom to my 3 furbabies, my Goldens.

Retired teacher (30 years, HS Science)... went back to school; now a Physical Therapist Assistant (part time)... more time for playing, er, quilting...
married 36 years with two grown children who are in no hurry to make me a grandmother (tiny sigh)... love my DH... call him my knight in shining armor because he so frequently comes to my rescue... On Saturday it was to chase the escaped Beagle all over the neighborhood in 104+ degree heat...
