I am working on Judy Niemeyer's Fire Island Hosta, (paper pieced).

Due to tendinitis of my elbow, I am doing all cutting and ironing with my non-dominate hand. Interesting way to sew.

I will begin a memory quilt for my niece using her dad's neckties. Her dad, my brother, passed away in March. I just finished a baby quilt for my new grandson.

I got on the Mitered Log Cabin wagon and am cutting a gazillion strips for a fully scrappy look. 70 blocks have already been paper-pieced.

Next week I am heading to Pismo Beach for a quilt retreat. I think I will make another scrappy quilt with diamonds. Not sure on that yet.

I'm working on red/white blocks with small touches of gray. It started out as Farmers Wife 6" blocks, but it's morphed into 12" and a few 24" blocks too. I'm about ready to start thinking about a modern, quirky setting for the blocks.

Hmmm....where to start? 2 couch throws with very minor applique in process.....1 memory quilt (kind of) made from Army fatigues that is waiting on someone else to finish the embroidered squares.....1 tote bag daughter wants me to make that will be similar to one she found (she thinks I am the Martha Stewart of sewing/quilting....LOL)....2 pillows for sisterinlaw......all to be done by Christmas! Nobody wants anything until I am booked full and then they all want something and they want it now!

Working on my first PP. It's a mini log cabin. Hopefully I can complete cutting
tomorrow and start sewing. Should be fun. I enjoyed the practice piece.
    Love the accuracy of PP.

I'm 2 years late beginning an Irish Chain in green and yellow (ick!) for my daughters king bed.
Determined to start it any day now.

I'm working on finishing the binding on 6 quilts. You can tell I do not like to do that.
I'm stepping out of the world of quilting and I'm going to make a Kuspuk apron and a Kuspuk top. I'm finding out that it is really difficult to buy trim via way of online.
