    Great idea. Even if you had a mouse that might not work on the keyboard rug, you could get a piece of clear plastic to put on top in the area that you use the mouse. That way you could still use the mouse but be able to see through the plastic & not loose the look of the rug.

    I like all the suggestions. Maybe advertise that you would also make them to order (size, color?).
