Keyboard rug. I would have loved one of those when I was working. Very cute. And have a matching mug rug.

So people don't have to ask too many questions I would probably go with Keyboard Rug.

My keyboard sat on a lower tray - so would have put it in front of my monitors for all to see. Then maybe call it a Desk Cloth. (Thinking like table cloth.)

If it over lapped the desk you. Could put pockets in to make a real tidy. I would make different widths as some may only want one the size of the keyboard.
